Our Personal Training, Pilates or Pre and Post-Natal training is delivered in your home, local park or office at the most convenient time and location for you. We provide all of the training equipment and use innovative and fun training methods making each workout enjoyable.


One to One Personal Training

You will be put through your paces with a specifically designed and individually tailored training programme, the package includes:

  • One to One Personal Training sessions

  • Diet analysis and nutrition programme

  • Body composition testing

  • Fitness testing and monitoring

  • Support 7 days a week

Each session is only £50 or you can book 10 sessions for £450 (saving £50). 

We recommend a minimum of two PT sessions a week to really see results.

One to One Pilates

Ideal for those that want to really gain the true benefits of Pilates including core strength, stress reduction and a long and lean Pilates body.

Our one to one Pilates sessions are designed to teach you the very fundamental principles of Pilates including identifying and engaging your core, something that can be very difficult to achieve in large classes. 

A specifically designed and individually tailored Pilates programme available for beginners to improvers, the package includes:

Specifically customised training programme consisting of safe and effective exercises for your personal needs, much emphasis will be placed upon exercises that enhance posture, pelvic floor function, c-section recovery and to feel strengthened and invigorated during and after pregnancy:

Group Personal Training & Pilates

Working out with friends is great fun and motivating. These sessions are designed for 2 people. 

Each session is only £80 (£40 each) or you can book 10 sessions for £700 (£35 each per session, saving £100)
